Eklèktik Moments
EklèktikMoments is a pairing without a clear initial protagonist. It is based on the choice of five collections of sculptures by Kel Domènech that are described with adjectives. This description is shown to a chef (Jaume Solé from "Els Fogons de Can Llaudes") and to a winery (Josep Serra and Marta Pedra from www.lavinyeta.es). They are responsible for finding and creating some dishes and wines that dialogue with these works. This set is explained by its three creators and is tested in a small group of 15 people. The result is secret and intimate, they are the private reflections of the 15 minds that have experienced the action. The final protagonist is each of the attendees. It is an action that will never be repeated again. A unique moment, eclectic and unrepeatable.
